Equipment Hire FAQs

Our minimum hire period is six weeks, shorter hire periods are available however it will be charged at the full six weeks minimum hire rate. After the initial minimum hire period, the equipment hire can continue on a more flexible fortnightly direct debit option.

Yes, any equipment hire period twelve weeks or longer will receive the following discounts.

  • 12 weeks – 5%
  • 18 weeks – 10%
  • 24 weeks – 15%
  • 30 weeks – 20%

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or cash on the day of delivery. If you are looking to extend your equipment hire period we will contact you directly with payment and direct debit options.

We will contact you one week prior to the hire period end date and you will have the following options:

  • Purchase the equipment for more details see Can I purchase the equipment?
  • Extend the equipment hire over another 6, 12, 18, 24 or 30 week period
  • Continue to hire the equipment on a fortnightly direct debit arrangement
  • Swap the equipment for something else
  • Arrange a date and time to have the equipment picked up.

Yes you can purchase the equipment and we will discount the purchase price by 50% of the hire cost you have paid. Purchase price is based on the equipment’s RRP from the hire period commencement date.

No! All our equipment is designed for indoor use and should be fully secured inside the home or office.

Delivery FAQs

Delivery and pickup within 35kms of the Geelong CBD are completely free. If you are located beyond this delivery radius please contact us for a quote.

We don’t have a set day for deliveries and will work with you to arrange a day and time that best suits your availability.

If you are planning on installing the equipment on a second level please contact us to discuss as it may require additional staff and add extra cost to the equipement installation.
